-Recording & maintenance of contract and customer data for new and existing customers
-Management of the integration of new and/or existing customers
-Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations for energy supply
-Requesting, sending and monitoring consumption and generation data
-Preparation and implementation of energy bills in compliance with contractual and statutory deadlines
Network economy:
Coordination of distribution system operators (DSOs) / transmission system operators (TSOs)
-Registration processes with DSOs and TSOs
-Processing and monitoring of market communication
-Implementation of all regulatory requirements in the electricity market for the supplier market roles,
Direct marketer and balancing group manager, as well as Redispatch 2.0
-Verification of data and invoices received from DSOs and TSOs

- Onboarding customers in internal and external processes
- Creation and management of customer and network operator invoices
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and customers to further develop the company's energy data strategy
